Dog had a pretty rough night. I called at 7:30-8:00 this morning and they called back within 30 mins. They got me in the same day for a cleaning within hours at a great price. Justin was very respectful and we are happy with the job he did.

Had another cleaning company come and asked for no chemicals to be used in our home. They seemed to misunderstand that the carpet sprinkle smelly stuff is what we didn’t want. My GF got home and broke out into a rash. I called Nu England Services on Monday and they came today which is Tuesday to clean my carpets and extract what the other cleaners left us as a gift. The price was extremely reasonable and they did an great job taking care of my furniture and my apartment. This is a great company and the communication is awesome. I’m a customer for life for anything I may need in the future. Highly recommend them.
